Administrative & Supervisory Enhancement Development course is one of BCTCI popular courses.
The team members were composed of 9 individuals of whom 6 members were from Silver Sands Maldives and 3 members were from Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Silver Sands PVT. LTD. has been an inbound travel business since its inception in 2000. In 2005 it ventured into resort-based recreational activities, including diving, fishing and all excursions and water sports centers.
EPA is responsible for regulatory activities for protection, conservation and management of environment and biodiversity, as well as waste management and pollution prevention under the Environment Protection and Preservation Act (4/93).
The training was evaluated highly participative, with trainer’s capacity to practically offer strategies and approaches which helped the participants boost up their administrative supervision to very next professional level.
The training took place from May 27-31,2023.
