The course was designed to discuss important areas helping the participant on:

The team was composed of senior individuals from GLAD (German-Lao Association for Development) which is promoting cultural and development relations between Germany and Laos as following millennium Development goals.
During the training period, team was scheduled number of:

- Exercises
- Assessments both online and paper based
- Case Studies
- Course After Action Reviews
- Questions and Answer Sessions
- Physical Activities
- Gamifications
In addition, they had visit to:
- Floating Market out of city
- Maeklong Railway Market
Team was offered delicious and healthy food which was very appreciated by participants. The last dinner was organized in a Steakhouse.
