BCTCI recently trained one batch of participants of whom total number was around 10 individuals on Budget Preparation, Allocation and Cost Control.
The course was designed for total of 05 days and the participants who joined the course were from two countries:
- Maldives
- Timor-Leste
Both teams were represented by senior managers from Maldives Correctional Services and Banco Nacional de Comércio de Timor Leste (BNCTL).
Training took place in a 4 star hotel in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand with daily sessions starting from 08:30 AM till 05:30 PM.
Participants had chance to exercise:
- Excel Based activities
- Budget Related Problems
- Budget development exercises
- Budget formation
- Budget categories
- Identifying cost categories and differentiating them
- Case studies
- Videos on some budgetary issues
Team had chance to visit:
- Floating Market out of the city
- Maeklong Railway Station
In addition, had visit to the shopping district of Bangkok.
The out-going activities were organized by BCTCI apart from the training event.
