During March and April, BCTCI was able to organize and implement two events on Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Leadership in Singapore for Manager and Director Level team members from IGTL of Timor-Leste.
The first round was organized from March 22-26,2024 and the second round took place on April 15-19,2024.
Total of 10 participants benefited the training sessions.
After daily training sessions, participants had chance to visit:
- Orchard Road Singapore
- Marina Bay Sands
- Little India
- Singapore Downtown
And many more places of fun, sightseeing, shopping malls, and entertainment hubs.
Daily training took place from 09:00 am till 4:30 PM. Number of topics on:
- Planning
- Leadership Theories
- Leadership Traits
- How to improve organizational leadership
- Creating control mechanisms
Were discussed, group worked, generated and implemented.
Participants developed personal action plan how to implement the training back at home office.
