BCTCI is proud and honored completing first batch of Adv. Communication, Networking and Problem Solving Skills Course at Bangkok, Thailand.

The course is esp. designed to help bankers promote their communication, and other soft skilsl dealing with customers at variety of stages.

The duration of the course was five days and participants were engaged in number of activities such as:

1. Assessments
2. Gamifications
3. Group works
4. Presentation skills
5. Peer to peer learning

The course took commenced on July 15 and ended on July 19,2024.
